Allivex Liquid Germall Plus Preservative is an ideal preservative system for shampoos, hair conditioners and emulsion products. It minimizes the problems associated with incorporating Formaldehyde and solid Parabens. I Dissolves completely in cosmetic formulations at a 1.0% concentration over a wide pH range. Can be conveniently incorporated into cold processed shampoos and into creams and lotions during their manufacture. Add slowly to the product with good stirring just prior to the addition of the fragrance. Allivex Liquid Germall Plus Preservative has also been successfully used to preserve troublesome formulations containing non-ionic surfactants, proteins, soluble collagen, aloe vera extracts and herbal extracts. Treats a broad spectrum of microbial activity Recommended to be used at a level of up to 1.0%. Shampoos and liquid soaps generally require less than 1.0% It is readily soluble at a level of 1.0% in both aqueous solutions and oil/water emulsions. Allivex Liquid Germall Plus Preservative can be used without additional co-preservatives and is compatible with essentially all cosmetic ingredients, including surfactants and proteins.

I sell hair and skin care products for over two years and I have used several different preservatives and I have been using this one for awhile now but I started having a problem lately a couple of customers and me myself has had products mold on me and on them when it first happen I’m like I must have not put enough preservative in the products I never measured but I knew it was always enough I never had a problem so I started weighing the products and making sure I put in double the amounts but it happened a couple more times and my stuff is getting moldy I don’t have products over a week. I’m like something is wrong and these customers I have to replace their items. Then I pen point it this freakin preservative is watered down there’s no other explanation I will never buy this preservative ever again off amazon your not going to stay in business scamming ppl I have an online business I would never cheat a customer paying their hard earned money. Thank god I found this preservative on one of my suppliers but for what I pay for 16oz I can get 32 oz and they have integrity towards their customers why would you jeopardize your bread and butter for a couple of dollars all you worked for is gonna crash and burn and thanks for a watered down product.

Doesn't work!
Used exactly as on the label. This is my first time using this product and I am having mold issues in my hand and body products! Going back to Optiphen plus. Does not work! I would give it 0 stars if I could!
