**Q: I used this for my science fair project. i tested to see if the tds actually decreased when you put it in but it doesn't. did i do something wrong?**
A: The majority of TDS are going to be calcium and magnesium, and the advert specifically says those are left in the water, so you might not expect TDS to decrease by much.

**Q: Is it ok to use these in stainless steel water bottles?  Does it react poorly with the metal?**

**Q: Does this work for vodka?**
A: Hello Stranded -It is possible to use Kishu in a variety of ways. We have not yet marketed it for alcohol-enhancing purposes although it's in our testing protocol.Thank you for your inquiry.

This little chunk of charcoal solved a lot of problems for me, and I'm going to be a customer for life. It makes a huge difference in the taste of our tap water, and lasts longer and is easier to use than anything else I've tried. The seller even offered me a replacement when the first one broke, which wasn't entirely necessary as it would've still been effective. But that kind of customer service impresses me greatly in this day and age. I'm grateful, and intend to order more.
