I bought the previous model to this one and I have used it a few times including helping out my brother to jump start his 3 litre BMW sport - no problems whatsoever! I had to bail out my grandaughter earlier this week in the multi storey car par to get her home from work - again no problems whatsoever. I decided to let my daughter keep the older one just n case her or her 2 car driving daughters ever get stuck. It's a really powerful, compact and very lightweight unit - much better than carrying around those really big and cumbersome heavy units of old. It also has a really handy light built in and can also be used as a power bank for charging phones etc. Although (hopefully...) not a regularly used item, it is a handy unit that can be stored in your glovebox.
