It has been 35+ years since I jumped rope, and I was barely able to string 2-3 singles together using the cable-ropes in the gym. Bought this to practice at home, and to bring the the gym to use, as some of the ropes in gym are kinky and tangly. My coach recommended a rope that has a swiveling joint in the handle where the cable passes through, and this rope has that feature. The cable is smooth and thick and a nice red color. It comes in a little pouch that prevents it from getting caught in my keys / headphones / etc. when it is in my bag. Also very efficient for traveling. Since the rope "works" perfectly, I figured out immediately what I need to do to improve my form, rather than cursing the quality of the rope. (Jump higher, faster!) Very happy with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Speed Cable Jump Rope on Market *by D***G on April 23, 2015* This is the most incredible cross fit cable speed rope ever! What differentiates this speed rope from the rest that I have seen on Amazon is that it has both longer handles and comes in multiple colors. These handles are a whopping 6 inches. It is amazing what an extra 1/2 inch does for your grip when doing double unders. You'll have to experience it for yourself, (really!) Nak ropes have ball bearings which are meant to increase the number of revolutions per minute. This makes for an ideal jump rope - if your are trying for PRs in your workout. These ball bearings blow away the cheap metal and plastic spinners on other ropes when it comes to revolutions per minute. This is a very sturdy rope as well. I had bought another speed cable rope a while back, but it had the cheap plastic spinners and it quickly broke.Pros:-Longer handles -full 6 inches (1/2 inch longer than other brands) for a more comfortable and easy grip-Sturdy ball bearing spinning system-Multiple colors to choose from-10 foot adjustable cable -just use wire cutters to adjust to proper length-The cable does not kink-Handle travel bag for keeping rope neat-Snug plastic caps on end to keep cable from poking you-Lightweight and fast spinning-High quality premium cable speed ropeCons:Can't think of any at the momentI can't say enough positive things about this rope. Overall it is so well made, and so much better than other ropes that I had previously owned. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Screws are too heavy and rope slides *by K***8 on July 7, 2016* I liked a lot of things about this rope. I was able to use a wire cutter and adjust it to the size I needed. It's light weight and spins nicely. The one huge down side for me was that the screws were too heavy and when I do double unders the weight of the screw slowly pulls on the rope so the handle slides down the rope (making the rope shorter and shorter with each jump) i returned the product because this was a deal breaker for me and made practicing double unders very difficult.
