The original burner had fallen apart so I replaced it with this burner and it works like new. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Trick to Removing Old Burner *by G***M on June 11, 2019* Before buying this I tried to remove the old burner: I hammered, sprayed on various lubricants, heated with a blow torch, hammered some more, more lubricant, tried cutting with a Dremel, all without success. But along the way I demolished the top of the old burner and saw that a bit of the threaded center tube protruded from the base of the old burner. There was enough thread for a new burner to attach. So, cutting and grinding with a Dremel I removed all of the top elements of the old burner so that a new one could fit flush on top of the old base. Voila. The replacement burner screwed on easily. I fired it up and it burns fine.
