Is the halo included (looking at the black Large wings set for $12)???** A: I bought the white set of wings and it came with the halo. This was in 2018 so it may not be the same now. **Q: would these wings fit an adult?** A: I bought them for adults. We did have to add extension to the elastic that goes around your shoulder. It all depends on how big is your back.
