    Leaky balloons

Followed all directions.  Helium leaked out within hours and all the balloons were on the floor before guests even arrived a few hours later.  $14 for balloons that did not last and no way to contact company.  I want a refund but all those balloons you see on the floor are in the trash.  Buyer beware.
