Magnetic, water resistant, decent sound, decent mic, decent volume, wings to hold in my ears for running, wings removable for everything else, no stiff mid-cord, cheap. These SEEM to fit ALL the requirements. Now, I do not yet know about the battery life, but for the last couple of years I've been making do with compromises, and these so far meet all the requirements! The magnets are strong - I use this all the time around my neck. The sound is strong and clear, and people I talk to report that I sound clear to them. They come with the wings to hold them in during running. The cord, while flat, has no stiffened neck section - so far flat is fine. And they are cheap- I'm not willing to pay three times as much for the same features.
