Shipping was as estimated(about 2 weeks) but I wasn’t expecting the packaging. The bag it was shipped in is the only thing holding all of the sticks together so definitely don’t rip the bag open any ole way! The individual packing also is not resealable and there are no direction or advised storage tips so I wish the company would have added that. I do not like the taste of the outside of the stick so I used my fingernails to scrape off the outside of the stick to get to the bristle-links inside and chewed it a bit to soften. The taste still is not the best but I can definitely tell the difference in my teeth after the FIRST use! My teeth felt super clean! Now are they any whiter, I don’t think so but this is week one so that part is still up for debate. I have to use a mouth was directly after using because the bristle-like pieces of the stick break off a little while using. Then I brush with regular fluoride free toothpaste because as I said the taste/smell is not appealing at all.
