(A couple of cities I was warned specifically about pickpockets--both from guidebooks and local guides after I arrived.) This Sevenblu money belt was everything all the positive reviews said it was. It was very secure. Very durable. Two zippered compartments.Unfortunatley, after one day I realized that a money belt--any money belt--is not what I needed. I had real difficulties trying to use a money belt strapped around my waist--especially if I wore it under my shirt AND my shirt tucked in my pants. I felt like I was undressing every time I tried to make a transaction even when I did not tuck my shirt in. (I'm sure I did not score any points for American tourism by exposing my torso every time I tried to pay for something!)Next time I will invest in a neck wallet. A neck wallet will still keep my money, credit cards, etc., secure, and it will have the added advantage of functioning more like a traditional wallet when I am holding it in my hands. And when retrieving a neck wallet, the most I will have to do is unbutton the top button on my shirt. No more public striptease for this world traveller!Again, I'm not knocking this product. Just like advertised, the scan wasn't able to pass through so you can rest assured that thieves will not be able to steal your information.
