Zipvit SOYA Isoflavones 3000mg, 6000mg Daily Dose. 120 Vegan Capsules, 2 Months Supply

For me an absolute game changer! Stopped - and I mean completely- all my hot flushes a month after starting to take these and‘Sage Strong 2500mg’ in combination. Did my research after wanting something more natural BUT suffering with 20 or so flushes a night and embarrassing flushes in the day too. Turned out they were a cheap and cheerful way to stop peri menopausal hot flushes without harsh hormone replacement and I feel so much better with sleep which was obviously causing me to be lethargic and moody etc!! Found out that all those ones that are ‘generic’ peri/menopausal ‘all in one’ pills don’t contain high enough strengths of what we need apparently but these and the ‘sage’ in high enough concentrations do. Might not work for everyone but 100 % worked for me. I promise it’s worth a try.

My sister has a diet high in soya and she went through her menopause with not even a hot flush. I was doing some research and noted that women who have a a stable diet of soya have limited menopause issues .I am premenopausal and started to get hot flushes and experiencing poor sleep and brain fog- so I started to take these capsules after about 2 weeks my flushes became less frequent , and only lasted for a few seconds . My sleep has improved but still not as it should be . However the brain fog has gone which is fab. I stopped taking the capsules for about 10 days , forgot to order them. I could feel a difference I started to get a bit snappy and introverted . I went back on them and feel great 👍🏽

These have a high concentration of soy and definitely worked for my newly in menopause symptoms but unfortunately I had to stop taking them as I experienced uterine bleeding within days of starting these and it didn’t stop until I stopped taking them. Apparently this happens to only 13% of women but it’s best to be made aware that it could. I’m sorry I had to stop taking them

These have been life changing for me- for a couple of weeks I hadn’t been able to sleep more than a couple of hours without waking with a hot flush, my brain was feeling just weird, I was angry and moody snd tired with headaches all the time. Generally just very unhappy and felt like there was no point to my life anymore. I realised that at 48 I was starting to get peri menopausal symptoms. I tried tablets with red clover in first which didn’t help at all. After researching I found out that soya could balance my oestrogen levels, so I began eating edamame and drinking soya milk daily. I found my symptoms easing after only a day and thought I’d try a supplement too for ease. Currently I’m taking 2 of these a day or 3 if I feel I need the extra near my period when oestrogen drops drastically, and I have switched to soya milk and yoghurt in my diet and it’s been absolutely life changing for me, I feel normal again, happier than I have felt for months, and have suffered no more hot flushes! I hope this review helps someone else :)

Happy with the item, easy to swallow, I use as part of pre menopause batch of vitamins and minerals, it helps me to balance how I feel

Having read reviews of this product first and remembered someone had mentioned that their bottle did not contain the said amount of 120 capsules I decided to count mine when they arrived today…. There were only 100 and 1 empty one so not what I paid for at all.

I have used these for just over a month now and have only had one episode of waking up with anxiety like symptoms. I am back to sleeping right through on most nights. Previously I would frequently wake and have to do deep breathing/ relaxation to try and get rid of anxiety feelings and it would take quite a while to settle. I can't believe how quickly they have worked. Highly recommended, I hope they work as well for you. I don't get hot flushes so I can't comment on effectiveness for that but generally I feel more settled mood wise and my pms symptoms were much less this month as well
