We purchase this with prime 2-day shipping and it arrived as promised. The wicker part is synthetic but looks really nice, not cheap looking at all which was part of my concern. The wicker is variegated, brown with white threading, roughened, so it looks very much like real wicker but better handfeel & will last longer. It is very classy and high quality.The cushions have zipper covers that can be remove for laundering. I love that they were not too soft which does not cause back pain after sitting long time. The sofa itself was pretty low to ground, but sitting with the cushions just fit us well, they are comfortable and good heights. The whole set came in 2 packages delivered by fedex just few hours after me and my husband put in the the order, so convenient.I was worried about the assembly part the most, there were extra instruction manual although one is enough. It was easy enough to assembly, you need to use an allen wrench, but I had a torque screwdriver with the correct bit so that made it much easier. Just don't tighten all the screws until you have them all started and everything lines up. It did take some time (about an hour) to do it, once you did one piece, the rest is easy. We did it and we are happy about it.Overall, it arrived fast as promised, it was easy to assembly, it felt comfortable and it looked great in our patio.Definitely a 5 star recommendation. It sits out on our small lanai. The cushions are thin but supportive, after all I did take a nap out there one evening. Cushions are water resistant. It was relatively easy for 2 people to put it together. The only 2 negatives are that the cushions are no where near as described in color (knowing phones and monitors can be off) The cushions I received are a pale yellow. They are definitely not tan or beige or as described. The other negative is that we have this placed on an outdoor carpet and if you move the furniture it rips the carpet.
