As a Type 2 Diabetic, it is hard to find convenient foods that coincide with my dietary needs. This is actually a good size bar with 11g of carbs. Most others are between 15-30g of carbs. Lighter mint flavor - not as intense as Andes Mints, but comparable flavor type in a wafer form! Not much “chalkiness” like you’d have with other protein bars. If you know, you know. I will actually get these again! Finding something convenient that actually fits my needs are hard to come by, and honestly, being able to finally say “yes” to a food AND like it makes me feel more “normal.” They are a bit pricy, but getting them on sale makes them very fair price.
