The customer service for this company is fantastic they just replaced it for the latest version and I’ve had no problems with that one at all. Picture quality is good, easy to set up. Battery life is a single night so we just plug it in whilst we sleep. The only really annoying thing is you have to press and hold the on/off button for 10+ seconds before it does something. When baby is crying and your trying not to wake your partner this function is horrible.
