I have dyed hair and everytime after a few washes the warmth comes back but this is brilliant at toning it and making it look and feel like ive been the hairdressers. It really helps and leaves hair feeling super soft and healthy and you get quite a few applications out of the bottle. Gloves are needed. Love it and is on my repeat purchase list. Its on offer on here sometimes so even better. I leave it on longer than it states too for my stubborn hair.
