Having both StandardGrip and LightGrip mats in one pack makes crafting much easier — I no longer have to fight with materials that either stick too much or not enough. The StandardGrip mats are strong enough for cardstock, vinyl, and sticker paper. Even thicker materials stay put during cutting, and I haven’t had any lifting or shifting. At the same time, they don’t damage the backing of my materials when I peel them off after cutting. The LightGrip mats are perfect for thinner papers, printable sticker sheets, and delicate designs. They hold the material firmly but release it without tearing — which is a huge relief when working with intricate or fragile cuts. All four mats feel well-made and durable. After several uses, I can clean them lightly with a lint roller and they still regain their grip. For the price, the pack is a very good value, especially since Cricut mats can get expensive when bought individually.
