I move constantly during my work day- I sit cross-legged, legs up/down, standing, whatever helps me feel comfortable at the time. This chair doesn't have a ton of features, but it's literally the only version I could find at any price point that had the 3 features I needed: Arms that fold up, a foot rest option that's easy to put away, and a back that folds down so the chair fits under my desk.
