A little goes a long way and my pizzas slide right off the peel! I may not be that good at making fresh dough, or getting the dough into a round shape, but it slides off the peel... Great choice.

A: No, it is made from hare wheat.

**Q: Is this flour also good for baking bread?**
A: I’m sure you could add it to bread flour to create a nice loaf of semolina bread. I don’t think you could use it solely.  This is excellent pasta flour it is very finely ground. Hope this helps.
