Review: I originally ordered this tea because I heard it could help lower, or maintain good blood glucose levels (among other things). I also read that Cerasee tea is rich in Vitamin A, C, phosphorous, and alkaloids, so I figured I'd try it because even if it didn't help my blood glucose, it would be nutritious. I am a type 2 diabetic and I no longer have to take medication because I maintain a strict, clean keto diet, but I want to make sure as I age that my readings continue to be good. The morning blood glucose reading is usually my only bad reading (Dawn Effect), and the tea seems to be keeping that down. I drink a cup of tea in the morning, and a cup of tea in the evening to help maintain my blood glucose levels, and lower the morning reading. The tea has a nice flavor with a slight bitterness to it, but once you get used to it, it is very enjoyable. I sweeten mine a bit with organic stevia. I have been drinking it now for 5 weeks. If you are a diabetic whose blood glucose drops frequently, I'd use caution till you see what it does for you just to be on the safe side. My husband drinks it and enjoys it too, for some of it's other health benefits which you can Google.
