This is a GREAT product. I weigh 215 lbs and they show no signs of flexing or instability. For your info, initially I couldn't do even 1 push-up on the floor (76 year old male). So I watched How-To videos on YouTube that showed how to use risers to elevate your upper body for (what I call) Sissy Pushups. Then I set 2 strong and stable chairs close together and placed the handles on top the seats which are about 20 inches above the floor. When doing pushups on top the seats, be sure to place the handles in parallel position like this =. I tried them on top the chairs in position like a chin-up bar (- - ) but the seat cushions allowed them to rock in a very shaky manner. At first with the chairs, I could do about 4 - 5 pushups. Now after about 2 weeks of doing push-ups 3 x week, I'm up to 12 - 15 push-ups on top the chairs or 5 - 6 push-ups on the floor. Take it slow and give muscles time to heal & joints time to adjust. I also have planked with them and after about 30 seconds my body starts shaking, but the handles are rock solid. Hope this helps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow! I can't say enough great things about these push up bars. I actually like them better than my swivel ones. I'm 185 lbs. and I don't feel like my weight is stressing the plastic. When they are assembled they feel very solid, but come apart easily when you need them to. I use them parallel and horizontally. I feel like the angled handle is working my muscles in different ways when I use them angled towards me and angled away from me.
