I received a 119ml bottle of clear liquid, with a plastic seal over the lid. The suggested dilution is 0.2-5% into the product you are making, and a quick google suggests this is suitable for anti-static products, so hair conditioner is my personal thought. There is a product date and suggested use is within 24months of manufacture. It is incredibly difficult to open the plastic covering as there is no perforation, but on opening I found a β€œbung” on the inside neck of the bottle to prevent any spill, on removing that I could smell a faint smell of old school plasticine I used to play with a child 40years ago. As yet I haven’t added to any conditioner I make as I still have plenty left, but I will update this review if needed.
