It has no additional/garbage calories. This is as pure as it gets. I buy unflavoured version and flavour it with either a spoonful of dark cocoa powder or a handful of summer fruits/forest berries, and a hint of stevia. I never tried unflavoured version by itself, but I'd imagine it wouldn't taste great.
