I didn’t receive the instructions..** A: Not put it up yet and we have no instructions but I will tell you how my husband says to do it. 1. Insert screw into the yellow raw plug. 2. Insert them both into the white plastic cap and get screwing the raw plug and screw into the wall through the cap. 3. When raw plug and and screw is fully into the wall the cap will be almost empty, so you then push the fixing the back of the number into the cap. Good luck, hope it works out. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality and easy to fit. *by G***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 March 2021* Arrived quickly with good instructions and decent templates to aid fitting.Also stainless steel screws supplied, so no brown rusty streaks down the wall (other suppliers take note!).They were easy to fit and look really nice when completed.Highly recommended!I don't know how anyone can have difficulty with these, provided they have at least a modicum of DIY skill. The paper templates already have tiny impressions where the screws go (look carefully). They have horizontal lines top & bottom for your spirit level and the number spacings are governed by the paper templates simply going side by side (for more than one digit). If yours are missing then either ask for them or make your own with a sheet of A4 printer paper. Place the paper on a flat surface, then press the number down where the white nylon fixings are located. This leaves tiny impressions which will guide your screws. Tape the templates to the wall using masking tape. To stop the masonry drill wandering, use a centre punch first as recommended in the instructions, then start drilling without hammer action until you have the beginning of a hole.
