Instructions were vague & will cause damage to the band *by N***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2018* I’ve been pleased by purchasing my Apple watches from Amazon. Been doing this for the last year or so. However, this product was defective. I give it a 3 star due to how beautiful it looks. However I can’t say the quality is there. If I am going to pay this much for a wood watch band charge a little more to include a better pin removal tool. The idea of having to use a hammer to knock the pins out is obsured. I have returned it and purchased a new one. I had a lot of difficulty with removing the links with the pin-tool provided but eventually was able to do so at the expense of 2 hours. I have only worn it on a few occasions and liked it, however, on my fourth time of wearing it since purchase, the metal connector that attaches to the iWatch slit broke and fell off while I was sitting at a desk!! Looks aesthetically pleasing and is unique, but of poor quality material.EDIT 10/27/17: I was shipped another band and have not had issues since... I may have just been unlucky on the first band.
