Within four days of starting a course of this supplement, I noticed SIGNIFICANT improvements in the clarity of my thoughts, and no longer did my mental energy fluctuate throughout the day. After several weeks of use, my state of mind is much clearer, and I'm no longer plagued by the prospect of not being able to operate at my highest level cognitively. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Starting taking after reading Dirty Gene Book By Dr. Ben Lynch

I started taking after reading about it in Dirty Gene's by Dr. Ben Lynch. I have MTHFR and my liver function is sluggish. He recommended it to help plus clean my genes. I believe for the fast MAOA, can't remember for sure. First 4 days made me tired bit helped me sleep at night. I wonder if that's the detox effect? From then my workouts have been substantially improved. I take first thing in the morning so it doesn't keep me awake as I suffer with insomnia. Seems to help my sleep too!
