It took perhaps around 7/8 days of use, morning and evening before I started to feel the benefit. The result was more than I expected and I found that I was able to walk up and down my stairs fairly normally quite soon after this. I experimented after an approximate four week period and stopped using it to see what if anything would happen. I found the pain came back quite quickly and my knees were unable to take the stairs again. So I went back to using it twice a day. This is a natural product, with no drug nor pain killers within it's ingredients. It actually lubricates the joints. You can take pain killers alongside it if needs be. For this product to work however, and to get the full benefit of it's lubricating qualities, it has to be put on a specific way. There are videos on the FlexiSEQ, website and on you tube on how to do this. It then has to be left to dry on the skin for 10 mins and be absorbed naturally without rubbing it into the skin. This is the only drawback that I found. I am really impressed with this product, so much so, I wanted to find out more about it. She uses it for her knee, so I thought it might work for me. As soon as I put it on my wrist, I felt instant relief, but unfortunately it didn't seem to last very long as I was woken up a couple of times during the night with pain.
