Review: Repairing a car bumper or plastic trim? This stuff works! - I had a really hard time finding a body filler recommended for plastic bumpers. I had serious damage to the bumper cover on my Honda Pilot, but didn't want to deal with the expense of a new bumper. This really works. It is plastic and flexible, it dries quickly and can be sanded, and it takes sandable primer and paint well. Use a respirator, this stuff has some serious solvents that you shouldn't be breathing. Once it tacked (five minutes), I moved the bumper outside to finish curing (about 20-30 minutes and you can sand). You need to move quickly with this stuff, it sets fast. Go light and build up layers so you don't have to sand so much.
