I believe someone else mentioned it, but once that plastic piece inside is removed, there is so much at the bottom. So I've been able to reach in there and swipe it on my underarms and it still works great, just inconvenient. I think that twist mechanism needs to be improved! I had a screw top and had no safety sticker or box --nothing. The outside was scuffed up(which is usual for Amazon). The inside had no safety cover and the product was detached for the advancement screw. I pushed it back and should be fine.
