Tea is a big part of my life:**Tea is great for weight management & daily water consumption; I’m a massive tea drinker.+ It’s a fact we can confuse body thirst signals as hunger.+ & drinking sufficient water is an important adjunct to maintaining healthy body weight.+ So I drink teas throughout the day, to avoid unnecessary calories from false hunger, & to obtain adequate water for gut health. It's mild with a very natural, earthy taste and so different from my other herbal teas.
