I heat shrink wrapped the ends with yellow to match my keyboard and I could not be happier with how the cable feels and integrated with my setup. It performs as expected with a crystal clear data flow with no jitter or latency, performing on bar for data throughput as much much more expensive truss cables I own. I cannot speak to its ability to perform as an audio cable as that isn't my use case. The length for a split interconnect is PERFECT, letting me stretch my keyboards when needed but short enough to sit in a small loop. Gets a bit staticy if you twist it around, thin cable but would be perfect for my headphones anyways if it worked. I feel like I misread the info for the product, or the product is being shown as something it's not. EDIT: I have gotten them to work, I didn't have any hardware problems but software problems/technical difficulties. Mic and stereo works so there isn't much bad about the thing altogether.
