I was expecting a more full spectrum guide book to color therapy and meditation. Focuses on healing your relationship with your mother.....not that that is necessarily a bad thing....but states that this is where all healing begins.  Don't agree with that, but for some it may be a good starting place.  Would not recommend this to anyone.

i was disappointed because its seems to me that he doesn't know that much about healing. When he talks about healing your relationship with your mother and imagining having a good relationship with her as being so important it just did not resonate with me. I dont think bringing up old memories is neccesary.
