I originally purchased this for myself but I need a heavier blanket. I gave it to my 12 year old son and he just loves it. He falls asleep fast and stays asleep.

    Cozy, but NOT machine dryable

My son loves his cozy blanket, but according to the tag on the blanket and cover, they're not machine dryable.  I definitely bought this blanket based on the description saying that it was machine washable and dryable.  So, I'm disappointed.  It does seem to help him fall asleep quicker though and sleep more soundly.  It's just not as low maintenance as I was hoping.

Has helped my autistic son's nighttime anxiety tremendously! He falls asleep, and more importantly, STAYS asleep with this blanket. He explained it as feeling like a big hug while he's sleeping!
