Its quiet and quite powerful for only having 2 settings. I find that 2 are all you really need. Also you can create almost a little pulse action. The metal is very smooth and easy to clean. Most other hand-helds make you fumble with batteries, but these ones slide in quite easily. Extremely durable.Also, the bullet arrived very discretely which I really appreciated from Amazon. The shipping was fast and timely. At first. The speeds are nice, kinda strong though before you get used to it, so unless you are into that or experienced in bullets, I wouldn't recommend to a first timer. Might take some getting used to. But after maybe 3 months, I had problems with the top popping off. At the worst times. I fixed it by wrapping a hair tie around the batteries, a thin one, and it would keep the top jammed in place. But now after about 6 months, it's given up on me. At about 4 months it would only work in certain positions of the wire, but now it just won't work at all.
