I am a skeptical concierge doctor in NYC. I started taking this 1 month ago. It has transformed my life. I have a lot more energy. I am no longer tired all the time. I have started walking long distances again. I work out with a trainer twice a week and the trainer has noticed how much more energy I have. I take the 500 mg dose and have seen comments saying the 1000 may be better so I may try that at some time but for the time being I will just stick with the 500. The cost is a major issue for most people. I decided to pay for it for my nurse who has MS but no word yet on if it is working for her.
