It’s a plant-based protein powder and hands down the best protein powder I’ve ever had. It mixes up smooth and creamy, not chalky at all, and there’s no aftertaste. The taste is clean, rich, and satisfying. I have three children who are athletes—one plays softball, one plays baseball, and one does track and field as well as volleyball—and they all love this product.
