NMNH is a chemical substance which affects energy regulation in the body. Like most supplements, it is only useful in the case of a deficiency of NMNH. If your body has enough in NMNH, extra additional dosage will just be excreted and will not help. The best way to determine objectively whether a supplement will help you is to see whether taking the supplement for a period of time creates a positive difference. In our case, my wife and I took multiple doses over a period of time and noticed no change. This doesn't demonstrate that the NMNH product is inferior, merely that we were not in a position to benefit from it. I see no reason not to try it if you think that you may be energy deficient. But my testing, objectively as I can, does not let me comment one way or the other. For that reason I gave it a neutral three stars.
