She got a few sets of solar lights to accent around the canopy base and they weren't very bright, too small and just wasn't what she wanted. I found these and the length was spot on for my use. The canopy rim is 8' square so we needed 32ft running of lights. I was worried they may be too bright but they are perfect. They have clips built on every lamp base. These lamps are LED bulbs that unscrew like a household bulb but smaller. They were easy to string across the canopy frame and in no time it was done and looks really nice. I ran an outdoor extension cord up the corner leg where the string of lights start and stop. Works fine in sun or rain, we had bad storms last week with about 6" of rain and the lights were fine.The lighting it produces is soft but fairly well light.
