I inserted 3/8" T50 staples and ker-plowee! with the first few pumps: out came the back end, staples stuck inside, and i was forced to abandon my project. Taking full responsibility, I purchased new T50 staples, they came yesterday, I'm testing today: nothing - staples stuck, not sliding out even - i need a new tool to remove the staples.
