I hate how these burn and recede the gum line** A: You should only use about 1/3rd of the syringe per tray. If it is squishing up and out you are using too much. **Q: Do you need to use a teeth remineral gel after use? If so , how does one do that procedure?** A: I first used this stuff when my dentist gave it to me many years ago and now here it is on Amazon. I have never used a remineral gel. **Q: what is the expiration (or use by) date on the item i will receive?** A: I bought them in July/August 2019: My expiration date was 2021.03.31. **Q: Is this percentage(15%) to strong for sensitive teeth.?** A: If your teeth are sensitive use Sensodyne toothpaste as your regular routine for a couple weeks before using 15% and that should help. I honestly didn’t expect this to work, but it definitely whitened my teeth. I noticed a visible change after using just one strip. I’m not a fan of the "blindingly white" look, so I stopped early, but it was well worth the $32. My dentist quoted me over $300 for a professional treatment, so I used these strips along with my orthodontic retainers to get the job done for a fraction of the price.
