He sprained his to (turf toe) while playing football two years ago and it’s been a slow recovery since he’s a three sport athlete. He easily removed the original insole, placed this one inside the cleat and reinserted the insole. He feels the extra support in his shoes and I’m hoping this will help prevent further agitation.
