A: pretty sure its the regular ingredients they put in the regular cups just less since its gluten free

A: One pack of four cups

**Q: How many 1 cup servings are there like for instance after you cook it up does it equal a full cup like in a measuring cup or less?**
A: It's 1 cup, but honestly your if you go by a measuring cup, it's going to be affected by batch - a couple orders ago, I got a batch that didn't cook well at all and it probably wasn't a cup.
