I was so disappointed when I actually opened it up today and put it together...nothing like the other ones that I have. Perhaps it was left in the sun somewhere; but the red material had bled into the lighter colors and the material is too tight...makes the poles bow (and yes they are all the way in). I am keeping it as the kids were so looking forward to it so too late to return. Doubt that it makes it thru our unit. Concept is very cute; other than that ir was a waste of my money.
