Wish it didn't take 6+ days to get. When you're reliant on protein supplements the first couple weeks after bariatric surgery and trying to find something that works for you (taste and sensitivity issues), its difficult when your options are limited by shipping speed and cost. These little shots are the perfect size. They don't smell bad and have a high protein content. They definitely help.
