I primarily got this to help me tidy up my desk space as I have a work laptop, a personal laptop, and iPad that were without a proper home and cluttering my workspace. This stand holder has been working perfectly for storing these devices while keeping them easily accessible. I basically use it as my laptop / tablet hub for charging and connecting to my external docking station and monitors. The center slot is not wide enough to accommodate my laptops but works great for the iPad. The outer slots are adjustable so you can tighten it as needed to properly secure your laptop. It's minimalist and sleek so it doesn't take up much space, but also sturdy with a good weight to it, so I don't worry about the laptops tipping over. Additionally the slots have rubber padding so that the metal from the stand doesn't scratch up the laptop casing.
