My dryer lint screen developed a small hole a long time ago, but it's grown larger now over time; it occurred to me that could be a fire hazard someday. I looked on the LG website, but couldn't tell if the replacement part was suitable for my dryer model. So, I went to Amazon and found this item. It doesn't list my particular Model #, but it included one very similar in number (only the last letter was different). When I saw the product photos looked identical to mine, verified the measurements were the same, and realized that "Free Returns" was offered, I decided to take a chance and buy it. **SO glad I did!** It fits perfectly, costs half the price of the LG lint screen, and the mesh of the screen is a tighter weave than my previous lint screen.
