It was tight and hard to fasten but loosened some after wearing a bit.. It measured 31”. . Cup size seemed to be ok maybe a little skimpy. Five stars because it is very supportive and looks good under t-shirts. I think it shapes very nicely and I like it better than my minimized bras. I’ll reorder now that I have my size down. May even order a bra extender

I love this bra and wear it for every day rather than just the gym. One very important thing - the sizing is strange and off a little. I usually wear a 34D or DD but ordered this in a 36E due to other reviews and having ordered one in my usual size (which I wear and it is tight but good for running)..
