Mine does not seem to have the capacity described. I have another power bank that is described as 5200 mah. It was down to 89% and I used this device to charge it. It used more than 27% of the full charge to charge the other up 11%. Thus this device is really less than half of the advertised 6500 mah. More like 3000mah if that. Mine may be faulty. I will probably keep this.
