I emailed the seller and they have great customer service. They refunded me and sent me a new bag. The quality of the bag is durable. The way the zipper is placed (one long zipper that circles the opening with no stopper on the end) allowed the zipper to detach right off the end and so I’m just more careful with the new one so it doesn’t happen again. My first bag had the label stitched on crooked, which really bugged me, but the new one is perfect. Great medium sized bag and looks really nice. Holds plenty of drinks and snacks for football or as a large lunch or picnic bag. Not so large it’s cumbersome. Customer service was awesome.
