Highly Recommended. *by S***S on 21 February 2026* I purchased this because I am trying to move away from sugar. All of sudden when I eat sugar, I feel my insulin spike. So, I heard, through Internet research, that I should look for sweeteners that do not raise the glycemic index as much as granulated white sugar. Now all of this could be avoided if opt out for artificial sweetener, but I wanted to choose a different route. I wanted natural so I went with honey. I chose his product first and foremost because it was organic and unfiltered. I am thinking this has to be as pure as it gets. I figured you can't go wrong. I found the color and consistency very nice. And it taste great. Now, I must say that it is not as sweet as white sugar, but my goal is to eventually get away from sweets all together, but I am a work in progress. In any event, the package came sealed and was absolutely delicious. It will help me meet my goal and weaning myself off sugar and into a healthy alternative.
