And they were cirrect. I found the taste chemical and artificial. I tried adding lemon from a plastic lemon and then the plasric lime juice and it was better. But lemon powdered drink mix works really well. I put it in my smoothie blender thingie and the lemon leaches the bad taste out and it's bright and crisp and quite palitable. Oh, and I feel a little more energetic and a little less achy after exercising. It's too soon to tell about muscle gain.
